Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Construction Activities: Monitoring the progress of construction work, ensuring it aligns with project specifications.
Ensuring Safety Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.
Managing Personnel: Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
Coordinating Resources: Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to support the project's progress.
Maintaining Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of work meets established standards and addressing any defects or issues.
Communication and Reporting: Communicating with the production managers and director providing regular updates on project status. Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Experience with roofing, siding, gutters and windows preferred.
Supervisory Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry. Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. OSHA Training provided.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer skills.
Education: A degree in construction management or a related field experience preferred or on the job experience will be required.

Working hours typically M-F, 7AM-5:00 PM weekly. However due to the nature of work and variable nature of the industry, performance in this role may require working longer overtime hours during the busy construction season as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- The Ability to lift heavy shingle bundles and other construction materials in and out of a truck.
- The Ability to safely climb and ladder and inspect roofs
- Must be Honest and Ethical and have a Positive Attitude
