In this role, you will lead the evolution of Lutron’s CRM platform and business enablement capabilities from our Coopersburg, PA headquarters, helping to improve how sales, marketing, service, and channel teams manage customer relationships and engagement. You will partner across business and technical teams to deliver scalable tools, streamlined processes, and connected customer experiences across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.Â

You will drive initiatives that improve how Lutron manages customer data, communications, trainings, events, loyalty programs, and customer interactions. By aligning business priorities with technical execution, you will help create seamless, personalized experiences across the customer journey while improving adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes.Â
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional CRM and business enablement initiatives from intake through deliveryÂ
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and measurable success criteriaÂ
- Translate business needs into scalable CRM platform solutions across Salesforce and integrated business toolsÂ
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities across sales, marketing, and service teamsÂ
- Support account, contact, lead, campaign, and pipeline management processes within CRM platformsÂ
- Improve customer engagement workflows across communications, trainings, events, and loyalty programsÂ
- Partner with technical teams to prioritize enhancements and support platform governanceÂ
- Establish and track adoption, performance, and business impact metrics for CRM initiativesÂ
- Drive process improvements that improve sales efficiency and customer engagementÂ
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoptionÂ
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive engagement and successful changeÂ
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to improve customer and partner enablement experiencesÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required, MBA preferredÂ
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10+ years of professional experience post academics.  Â
- 8+ years of professional work experienceÂ
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product management, sales, or partner enablementÂ
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related customer data platformsÂ
- Understanding of integrated business systems and enablement platformsÂ
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technical teamsÂ
- Ability to define business requirements, establish success metrics, and drive project executionÂ
- Proven influencing skills with the ability to create engagement and drive changeÂ
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisionsÂ
- Knowledge of CRM adoption, governance, and process improvement practicesÂ
- Industry knowledge within construction, architecture, or building-related markets preferredÂ
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferredÂ
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools preferredÂ
