Overview

Join Lutron’s Operations team and play a key role in sustaining and enhancing our market‑leading products. From our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, you’ll work at the center of our product lifecycle partnering with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams while leading product changes, managing ERP parameters, and ensuring smooth, efficient material transitions. If you’re driven by impact, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role gives you the platform to make a real difference. 


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain Specialists, and Manufacturing plants to implement changes to existing products 
  • Create plans that ensure continued high delivery performance to our customers while product changes are being made 
  • Manage ERP parameters to mitigate risk of stranded material and stockouts 
  • Determine and implement the appropriate operational mechanisms to enable efficient and controlled material transitions 
  • Analyze product costs including material, labor, transportation, and tariffs 
  • Ensure Bills of Material and Configured product rules are accurate  
  • Propose and execute changes that will improve the supply chain for existing products 
  • Partner with Corporate Operations teams on initiatives to improve processes  
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to drive improvements to Supply Chain processes to increase customer satisfaction  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering or a similar discipline  
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned   
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain management within a high-tech manufacturing environment  
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position

  • Proven analytical skills including advanced Excel and Power BI  
  • Experience with SAP is a plus  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities  
  • Willingness to innovate, adopt & implement new technologies & methods to improve the process  
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes & drive change  
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
