We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join a supportive school district in Coos Bay, Oregon. This is a full-time, on-site school-based position serving elementary students in grades 3–5 and focused on helping students strengthen communication skills and succeed academically.

Responsibilities

  • Work on-site, 40 hours per week, from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM.
  • Manage an expected caseload of approximately 45–60 students in grades 3–5.
  • Commit to a full school year contract.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans based on student needs and progress.
  • Provide individual and group therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and monitor speech and language goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


Requirements

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist 
• Current BLS/CPR certification 
• Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years
