Off the Clock by 2PM Twice a Week - Enjoy Tee Time or Sunset on the Beach.  True 1:1 Care. No Double Booking. No State Income Tax. What Could Be Better?
Â
Physical Therapist — Outpatient Ortho | Naples, FL
Â
Two afternoons a week, our clinic closes at 2pm — no lingering, no late notes, just you, the Gulf breeze, and whatever "early afternoon" means to you (nine holes, the beach, or a nap on the lanai — we don't judge).
The other days? You're doing the work that made you fall in love with PT in the first place: true 1:1 sessions, real manual therapy, and enough time with each patient to actually treat the person, not just the diagnosis.
Â
Performance Physical Therapy of Naples has been the practice East Naples physicians and families trust for two decades — PT-owned, outcomes-driven, and still small enough that everyone knows your name.
Â
Â
What you're walking into:
- 1:1 patient care, every session — no double-booking, no aide-run stations
- Two 5-hour clinic days each week, plus a schedule built around a real life outside the clinic
- Profit-sharing, CEU fund, medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, and paid holidays
- A tight-knit team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs who mentor each other and actually celebrate wins
- New grads: guided caseload ramp-up with CEU support. Experienced clinicians: room to lead and teach
- Steady year-round caseload backed by a deep referral network, even when the snowbirds head north
- Florida weather, Gulf Coast living, and zero state income tax
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:Â
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions.
- Collaborate with supportive clinic directors and an engaged multidisciplinary team to uphold our “higher standard of care.”
- Shape or receive mentorship: new grads ease into lighter caseloads with guided CEU pathways, while experienced clinicians have opportunities to teach and lead clinical initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that streamline workflow, elevate patient experience, and strengthen our community reputation.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Florida PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong manual skills and a genuine interest in movement-based, individualized care
- A team-first attitude — you like your coworkers and it shows
- Comfort delivering high-touch care in an efficient half-hour visit
