Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Windsor Park Estates - Copley, OH 44321-2189Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Real EstatePosition Summary   The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of Windsor Park Estates, including all building exteriors, common areas, and amenities.     Essential Job Functions   Responsible for cleaning of common areas, the leasing office, and model/mini model interiors Performs daily exterior grounds cleanup, including trash pick-up and the emptying of trash cans in common areas Notifies the Property Manager of concerns regarding possible major repairs of lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment Shampoos carpets, cleans parking areas, and clears snow and debris from sidewalks/parking areas Cleans and replaces air conditioner filters as needed Replaces light bulbs as needed Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and advises the team on when to reorder Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as required   Required Qualifications   Education, Training and or/ Experience   High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with relevant custodial experience.   Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Characteristics   Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of cleaning materials, equipment, and tools Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate with staff members, tenants, and vendors Displays a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service Ability to work individually and as a part of a cohesive team   Physical Demands   The nature of work requires an ability to communicate and exchange information and operate general cleaning materials, equipment, and tools. Requires the ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time, to bend, kneel, and reach in order to maintain surfaces of all heights and sizes, as well as an ability to lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.  Requires frequent exposure to cleaning products.   Working Conditions   Work is performed in a general office environment and apartment community.  Individuals will be frequently exposed to outside weather conditions including wet, warm, and cold environments.   Who We Are and What We OfferWho We Are We are Zaremba Management Company and delighting our residents, prospective tenants, and community members is at the core of everything we do.
