Are you the person who can keep an office running like clockwork — greeting everyone with a smile, keeping the details straight, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? At Trinity Pension Consultants, our Administrative Assistant is the friendly face and organized hand behind our front desk and assists with our day-to-day office operations. If you love variety, take pride in getting the small things right, and want to be part of a close-knit, growing team, we want to meet you.
Who We Are
Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. is a leading regional, independent, non-producing Third-Party Administration firm based in Akron, Ohio. We partner with retirement plan sponsors and their financial professionals to deliver top-tier administration and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored retirement plans — and we're growing.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, based in our Akron, Ohio office.
What You'll Do
•     Be the welcoming first point of contact — answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and keeping mail and packages moving (sorting, scanning, and routing incoming mail and client statements; prepping outgoing mail and shipments).
•     Keep the office running smoothly: manage supply and kitchen inventory, troubleshoot office equipment like printers and the postage machine, coordinate meeting room scheduling, and arrange catering for meetings and team events.
•     Support our Sales & Marketing team with data entry, organizing electronic and physical files, and preparing, inventorying, and shipping marketing materials to our Regional Vice Presidents.
•     Coordinate advisor and client gifts, order lunches for marketing events, and pitch in on other marketing initiatives.
•     Prepare PowerPoint presentations, complete administrative forms and paperwork, and add seasonal touches that keep our space welcoming.
•     Jump in on cross-departmental projects and process improvements — we're a team, and we roll up our sleeves together.
Requirements
 Must-Haves
•     Live in (or be ready to relocate to) Northeast Ohio.
•     High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
•     One year of clerical experience preferred.
•     Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•     Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
•     A self-starter with good problem-solving skills who works well independently and takes pride in high-level client service.

•     A culture that promotes from within — when we say upward mobility, we mean it.
•     A team that genuinely wants to hear your ideas, not just your output.
