Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Brink鈥檚 event portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. This role is focused exclusively on creating exceptional event experiences that drive engagement, elevate Brink鈥檚 brand presence, and support pipeline generation.

Additionally, the Event Marketing Manager will ensure events support ABM priorities by enabling targeted engagement with high-value accounts.

Success will be measured by event ROI, target-account engagement, field alignment, and overall impact of events on pipeline creation.

Base Salary $96k-$125k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

Own the full event strategy across major trade shows, regional events, executive dinners, and field-led customer experiences.

  • 路 Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to align events with commercial priorities and revenue goals.
  • 路 Develop event themes, messaging, booth experiences, and field鈥憁arketing activations.

Event Execution & Logistics

  • 路 Manage end鈥憈o鈥慹nd logistics: venue selection, contracts, budgets, booth design, staffing, shipping, and on鈥憇ite execution.
  • 路 Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and experience.
  • 路 Ensure flawless event鈥慸ay coordination and deliver a best鈥慽n鈥慶lass attendee experience.

Event ROI, SLAs, and Performance Management

  • 路 Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead capture, influenced pipeline, and overall ROI.
  • 路 Define, socialize, and enforce SLAs with the Sales team for event follow鈥憉p, lead handling, attendee engagement, and pre鈥憇cheduled meetings.
  • 路 Drive sales accountability toward event ROI by ensuring Sales follows agreed鈥憉pon workflows, meeting鈥憇etting targets, and timely follow鈥憉p.
  • 路 Deliver post鈥慹vent reports highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
  • 路 Continuously optimize the event portfolio using performance data and market insights.

Strategic ABM Alignment

  • 路 Partner with the ABM team to ensure events enhance account鈥憇pecific engagement for priority accounts, without owning ABM campaigns.
  • 路 Coordinate with ABM and Sales on VIP invitations, executive meetings, or targeted experiences for named accounts at select events.
  • 路 Support structured post鈥慹vent motions for ABM鈥憄riority accounts, ensuring alignment.

Qualifications

  • 路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 路 5+ years of event marketing experience with a strong track record of event execution and ROI delivery.
  • 路 Proven experience managing complex event operations end-to-end.
  • 路 Strong project management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 路 Experience partnering closely with Sales and aligning event execution to revenue goals.
  • 路 Highly organized, detail-oriented, budget-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
