Creative Director
American First Finance
The Creative Director is responsible for leading and executing the American First Finance (AFF) brand strategy across all customer and merchant touchpoints. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality creative execution across digital, print, web, and video platforms, supporting business objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the AFF brand vision, creative standards, and visual identity
- Lead creative development for campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
- Translate business strategy, insights, and performance data into effective creative solutions
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels and deliverables
- Oversee web page development and video creation/editing
- Manage and mentor internal creative partners and external agencies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, performance, and growth teams
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of creative experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi‑channel execution
- Expertise in visual design, storytelling, and brand governance
- Hands‑on experience building web pages and producing video content
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital‑first, performance‑driven, B2C/B2B, or agency environments
