Field Service Technician

Job Description:

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00-$20.00an hour
• Dallas, Texas
• Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Occasional overtime available

 What You’ll Do

• Service and maintain copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs)
• Learn to diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Complete service calls and basic documentation
• Build relationships with customers while representing Datamax

 What We’re Looking For

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (training provided)
• Interest in electronics or hands-on work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
