By merging our fields of expertise, we aim to become a fully integrated precision medicine company.   Summary of Position The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment including: test kits selection, verification of accuracy, packing and shipping of test kits. Under the supervision of the Client Services department supervisors, you will learn to be the hub across all departments: clinical lab, R&D, sales, and insurance teams to coordinate prompt handling of orders, fulfillment, and to ensure delivery of best in class service to our customers.  You will gain insights on all aspects of how a start-of-the-art genetic lab is run and how new products are developed.    Key Job Elements Reviews and verifies patient information on documentation received for each order to ensure accuracy and compliance. Scans and uploads all required paperwork for incoming orders in a timely manner. Coordinates logistics for sample deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Selects appropriate items to be processed as requested by customers and work orders. Builds, assembles, and prepares kits according to detailed specifications, ensuring all components are included and correctly configured. Performs quality control checks on all kits and shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and client standards. Checks items to be shipped against work orders to confirm quantities, destination, and routing are correct. Prepares shipments for postal or commercial conveyance, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Packs items securely to ensure safe and damage-free delivery. Conducts physical inventory counts of available products as needed and reports discrepancies. Performs follow-up on pending customer orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction. Restocks and resupplies shipping materials and customer service consumables as needed. Completes all assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines and productivity standards. Resolves common customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations. Documents and maintains accurate records of verbal communication with customers, including physician offices, medical facilities, medical staff, and patients. Documents feedback and suggestions from clients and sales representatives to support continuous improvement of departmental and company practices. Identifies and reports errors, inconsistencies, or process improvement opportunities to leadership. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with operational standards. QualificationsKnowledge/Experience High School Diploma required. Minimum of 1-year experience related to shipping/service department in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of shipping techniques and processes. Knowledge of PHI and HIPAA guidelines. Additional Skills Typing skills. Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong Office Suite skills: Word and Excel. Excellent organization skills. Abilities: Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with no supervision. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environment. Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines. Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs.  Attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Position requires ability to sit and use a PC for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
