Description

Cloverkey is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support our continued growth across the healthcare retail industry.


This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will own customer communications, email marketing, marketing collateral, digital content, customer testimonials, referral marketing, CRM segmentation, and brand management. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and hospital partners to ensure all marketing efforts are current, professional, measurable, and aligned with company objectives.  This position requires the individual to be in-office.  Relocation assistance is NOT available.  Visa sponsorship is not available.


The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design capabilities with marketing strategy, content creation, project management, and analytical skills. This individual should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, experienced with email marketing platforms, comfortable working with data, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Implement marketing strategy 
  • Manage email marketing & CRM management
  • Marketing material design and management
  • B2B growth marketing  
  • Develop and manage customer feedback programs
  • Coordinate photography, video content 
  • Retail marketing support 
  • Website updates
  • Marketing analytics & reporting

Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred


Experience - Minimum 2 - 4 years of marketing experience, including -

  • Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Experience working with vendors, printers, photographers, and creative partners.
  • Experience preferred in the following industries: healthcare, retail, franchise, hospitality, or multi-location marketing

Skills - 

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

Travel - Up to 10% travel
