Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
- 6–8-hour shiftsÂ
- Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- 25 hours a week is requiredÂ
- Days and evening shifts available
Responsibilities
- Customize massage experiences for each guestÂ
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and AromatherapyÂ
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
- Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit
- Accelerated growth opportunity with the ability to step into a Massage Therapy Trainer positionÂ
Qualifications
- Current TX state license to perform massage therapy
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
- Pass background checks
- Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services
- A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
- Excellent at guest communication
