Job Summary

Manage franchise compliance/legal function. Reports to VP, Assistant General Counsel

What You’ll Do

• Franchise Compliance & Enforcement 
• Contract Administration and Lifecycle Management (Franchise Agreements) 
• Disclosure and Regulatory Compliance (FDD and disclosure requirements) 
• Franchise Process Management (franchisee qualification, side consent and development support, internal policies, franchise manual updates)

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years experience in franchise law with multi-unit or franchisor company 

• Experience supporting or managing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and familiarity with FTC franchise regulations and state registration requirements 

• Strong organizational and project management skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
