The Procurement Specialistisresponsibleforthepurchaseofelectricalequipment,constructionmaterials, and issuing subcontracts. This position will manage, plan/forecast, procure inventory with the Procurement Department for multiple suppliers, maximizing metrics aligned with Company corporate strategic directives.Ā

Solicitquotationsfromvendors.Review,analyzeandpresentfindingstomanagementwith emphasison best economicvalue and defined company procurementobjectives.Ā
Generateanddistributepurchaseordersaccordancewithestablishedcompanyprocedures.Ā
Responsibleforthetrackingandexpeditingofallexistingorders.Updateandmaintainschedulingin procurement system.Ā
Supportestimatingdepartmentbycontactingvendorsforbudgetaryquotationsformaterialsand equipment in the preparation of bids.Ā
Solicitandpreparesubmittaldocumentationinsupportofprojectmanagers.Ā
Performadditionaldutiesasdirectedbycorporatemanagers,ordivisionmanager.Ā
