The Clinical Pharmacist Job Details:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri day shift, may require weekend rotation
- Supportive clinic leadership and administrative team!

The Clinical Pharmacist Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active Oregon pharmacy license (or ability to obtain)
- Preferable to have previous clinical pharmacy experience
