Description:


Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of medication safety, quality and performance Improvement programs (PI) and the entity level. Actively participates in the BHSF Medication Safety and Quality Committee and corresponding initiatives. Estimated salary range for this position is $126148.63 - $163993.22 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Degrees:
  • Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Registered Pharmacist.
Additional Qualifications:
  • BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Florida Board of Pharmacy License (or eligible)Residency training highly desirable.
  • Experience and/or formalize training in medication safety and quality/performance improvement highly desirable.
Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
