If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team, this role is for you. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll help members understand their healthcare benefits, access care, and feel confident knowing someone is there to support them.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from members, caregivers, and providers
  • Help with questions about benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment
  • Resolve most questions on the first contact; work with internal teams when needed
  • Make outbound calls to welcome new members and complete enrollment verification
  • Assist members with scheduling appointments and accessing care
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Customer service experience (healthcare or call center experience is a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
