Haeger Press Operator

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Haeger Press Operator for our 2nd shift. What You’ll Do: As a Haeger Press Operator, you’ll play an essential role in our manual production processes, working with high-precision tools to assemble and modify parts through pemming, countersinking, drilling, riveting, and counterboring. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on precision and craftsmanship, making sure every product meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines, including pemming and drill presses, to meet production needs.
  • Gather and manage necessary tooling and materials, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Transport materials and products across departments using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Keep the workspace organized and clean to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Work closely with team members to adapt to changes and take on new tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure top-quality output.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially for maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with effective communication skills and flexibility to meet changing demands.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and equipment software is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, or related experience/training.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machinery or process issues.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift and weekend overtime as needed
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and good judgment.
