Stuff Etc Quality Consignment Store is looking for a talented Merchandising Associate to join our Coralville location. This associate will be working in our furniture, home decor and clearance departments. We are looking for an adaptable, quality, charitable, energetic, dependable, friendly and unique individual to assist our customers and consignors.
The Merchandising Associate is responsible in meeting productivity requirements, following policies & procedures and making sure customers/consignors are the top priority. This associate is responsible for ensuring items are being stocked in a timely manner, resetting sales floor displays, creating attractive displays for our shoppers and keep the sales floor clean & organized.

Requirements
Candidates should have 2 years of retail merchandising experience. Candidates must have excellent customer service and be self-motivated.
Candidates need to be able to prioritize and delegate work to meet all Stuff Etc guidelines and achieve company goals.
This position requires 40 hours per week, with occasional night and weekend shifts. Weekend pay incentive of $2 more per hour when working on Saturdays and Sundays.
Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on their feet for the duration of their shift. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
