Stuff Etc Quality Consignment Store is looking for a talented Retail Merchandising Supervisor/Furniture Team Lead to join our Coralville location. We are looking for an adaptable, quality, charitable, energetic, dependable, friendly and unique individual to lead our associates and assist our customers and consignors.

The Retail Merchandising Supervisor/Furniture Team Lead is responsible in ensuring all employees on the sales floor are meeting productivity requirements, following policies & procedures and customers/consignors are the top priority.  This supervisor is responsible for ensuring items are being stocked in a timely manner.  Resetting sales floor displays, creating attractive displays for our shoppers and keep the sales floor clean & organized.  This Supervisor will also be responsible for other areas in the absence of another Supervisor and/or the General Manager.

Rate of pay - $18-$20 per hour

Requirements

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to train and motive sales associates. Candidates need to be able to prioritize and delegate work to meet all Stuff Etc guidelines and achieve company goals. 

This position requires 40 hours per week, with occasional night and weekend shifts. Weekend pay incentive of $2 more per hour when working on Saturdays and Sundays. The Retail Supervisor must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on their feet for the duration of their shift. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

Candidates should have 2 years of supervisor experience.  Retail experience preferred, but not required.
