The Store Manager position requires a high school diploma/GED and two years of leadership experience. Five years of full-time employment in production, manufacturing, logistics, and/or retail is preferred. Our Store Manager ensures that our team excels in customer service, internally and externally, by modelling behavior, monitoring in-store processing and inventory, and optimizing the processing of donated items for in-store use.  In addition, the Store Manager creates schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage and to meet production needs, as well as ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cash controls on the cash register. Proof of valid driver’s license and car insurance. The Store Manager position has a starting salary of $43,043 annually and this position is also eligible for incentive pay based on store performance. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture and the schedule will include a rotation of days, evenings, and weekends. In order to provide the best leadership, this position will require work every other weekend, at least one evening shift, and one mid-shift per week. Candidates must have weekend availability.
