What You’ll Do

Lead and supervise solar installation crews on residential job sites.
Oversee the full installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and applicable codes.
Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other teams to keep projects on track.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide guidance to team members in real time.
Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and skill development.
Conduct site assessments and verify readiness for installation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
Document project progress with photos and notes.

A Typical Day

Start your day reviewing project plans and crew assignments

Wrap up the jobsite and prepare for the next project

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of solar installation experience required
Prior experience in a crew lead or supervisory role preferred
Strong knowledge of solar installation practices and safety standards
Ability to read plans, layouts, and technical specifications
Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
