About the Position

The primary function of this position is to assist drivers and the company in maintaining compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and assist with questions drivers, agents, or other departments might have.
• Performs daily updates and reviews of driver qualification files for accuracy and compliance.
• Performs data entry for various software programs.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional data-entry and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent in using various computer programs and internet-based sites.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Suite programs.
• Able to aid with special projects as needed.
• Spanish language and/or other non-English language skills is a plus+.
• Knowledge of Federal and State DOT Trucking Registrations, Licensing, Compliance Reports, is a plus+.
