The EHS Supervisor is responsible for ensuring EHS and Quality compliance at the facility location.

Principal Responsibilities:Ā
- Health and Safety facility inspections, audits, and training
- Implementing Health and Safety policy, programs, and procedures
- Environmental Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Environmental Audits: Perform audits to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
- Permit Applications: Manage environmental permit applications, renewals, and modifications to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
- Incident Investigation: Respond to and investigate any environmental incidents, spills, or concerns, ensuring proper mitigation and corrective actions are taken.
- Provides directions to other department supervisors and plant employees regarding health and safety matters
- Accurate and timely Health and Safety reporting and recordkeeping
- Occasional travel to EHS training events
- May be responsible for additional plant operations
- Participates and contributes to company safety program
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:Ā
- Education: (Required) High School Diploma or GED; (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Safety Science
- Experience: 5 years + EHS consulting or facility EHS in a manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with computers (specifically Microsoft Office Products)
- Quality program implementation experience preferred
