Overview:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations of assigned food locations within the park. This role ensures exceptional guest service, food quality, team leadership, and operational efficiency while maintaining Six Flags standards for safety, cleanliness, and profitability.


Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate food service team members

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching

  • Monitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with company policies

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily stand operations including food prep, cooking, and service

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control

  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and waste reduction

  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Financial Oversight

  • Support revenue goals through upselling and efficiency initiatives

  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy

  • Assist in controlling labor and food costs

Guest Experience

  • Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment

  • Resolve guest issues to ensure a positive park experience

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation


Qualifications:
  • Previous food service or hospitality supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
