What You'll Be Doing
As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll help customers protect and improve their outdoor spaces by:
- Applying fertilizers, weed control products, and lawn treatments using ride-on and walk-behind equipment
- Performing core aeration and seeding services
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and the team
- Maintaining equipment and assisting with basic shop tasks
- Identifying customer needs and recommending beneficial additional services
What You Won't Be Doing

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Requirements include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
About the Role
This is a hands-on position with full paid training provided. No lawn care experience? No problem.
We'll teach you how to:
- Identify turf types, lawn stress, and common lawn diseases
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectively
- Perform core aeration and seeding services that improve lawn health
- Independently manage residential and commercial lawn care routes
