Lawn Doctor of Denton is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. In this role, you’ll represent our brand in the field—caring for lawns, providing mosquito control, and helping customers achieve healthier, greener outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do
- Â Apply fertilizers, weed control, and treatments using ride-on or walk-behind equipmentÂ
- Â Perform core aeration and seeding servicesÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with customers and teammatesÂ
- Â Maintain equipment and assist with basic shop tasksÂ
- Â Recommend additional services that benefit customersÂ
No mowing or landscapingÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Â
- Â Ability to safely operate and maintain equipmentÂ
- Â Ability to lift 50+ lbsÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Â Must pass a drug test and background checkÂ
- Â A positive attitude and commitment to doing the right thing for clientsÂ
About the Role
This is a hands-on position with full training provided. You’ll learn how to:
- Â Identify turf types, lawn stress, and common diseasesÂ
- Â Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectivelyÂ
- Â Perform core aeration and seeding to improve lawn healthÂ
- Â Manage residential and commercial lawn care services independentlyÂ
No prior lawn care experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
