Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $24 - $27 (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:

Under the oversight of the Director of Facilities Management, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team, coordinating contractors / vendors, and performing general maintenance tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma.  
• Must have positive outcome experiences with the operation of general maintenance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing equipment/tools.  
• Must have good organizational and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in the use of computers for typical business needs (i.e. Email and Microsoft office).
• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Previous maintenance work in a residential setting preferred.
• Previous experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferred.
• A current driver’s license is required.  Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
