Adult Care Coordination Supervisor

Pay: $26.00–$28.00 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an Adult Care Coordination Supervisor. 

Nature of Work:
Responsible for providing for the clinical and programmatic direction of the Pathways, Inc. Adult Care Management services, ensuring that all Pathways and NYS DOH, OMH, OASAS, Federal OMIG, and any other oversight agencies/entities guidelines and regulations are adhered to by all assigned Adult Care Managers. May oversee Adult Care Managers in multiple counties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or related field. Professional Licensure as a LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, licensed psychologist, or RN preferred. Education requirement may be waived with approval from oversight bodies.
• A candidate with professional licensure needs prior experience in a behavioral health clinic or care management supervisory capacity. A candidate with their Master’s degree needs a minimum of three (3) years of prior experience supervising clinicians and/or Care Managers providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illness/serious substance use disorders. 
• Must meet the requirements of the Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children, Justice Center Staff Exclusion List clearance, and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
