The global Human Resource (HR) Function provides an integrated talent management system that delivers a workforce that is Corning's competitive differentiator in the global marketplace.

Role Purpose

The position is responsible for the first-level administration of Corning’s mobility programs, including international and US domestic relocations. This role provides direct support to Global Mobility leadership in delivering Corning’s complex mobility needs, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a high level of service for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

    • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing support for global mobility and relocation processes
    • Manage mobility records, reporting, authorizations, invoicing, and compliance-related activities, including remote worker guidelines and year-end processes
    • Coordinate with external partners, payroll, finance, and HR teams to support tax equalization, reporting accuracy, and smooth program administration
    • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and operational projects that enhance mobility programs and employee experience
    • Develop knowledge over time to become cross-trained in other compensation and mobility programs, including Recognizing Excellence, annual bonus programs, Long-Term Incentives (LTI), and Memorandums of Understanding, and provide primary or backup support as needed
    • Experience with PeopleSoft and strong systems skills preferred, along with excellent organization, communication, and customer service abilities

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Strong customer service skills with a desire to improve customer experience
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to exercise discretion
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Process oriented with a strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The range for this position is   $65,055.00 - $89,451.00  assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
