Manager, Care Coordination & Contract Mgmt

Pay: $62.353-$64,353 annual (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:
Provides programmatic support and oversight of County Contract programs and regional Care Management programs as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with experience accepted. 
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in the field of child welfare, behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities. A minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience. 
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
• Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
