Maintenance Level I

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:

• Provides general maintenance services under the direction and supervision of the Director of Facilities Management
• Performs repairs and improvements on Pathways properties and equipment including, but not limited to: drywall repair, carpentry, painting, electric, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance inspections of sites and equipment.
• Completes all required documentation of inspections, purchases, and repairs.
• Responsible for yard and driveway maintenance as assigned i.e., lawn mowing, hedge trimming, snow removal, etc.
• Responds to after hours, weekend, and holiday maintenance needs as assigned by the Director of Facilities Management.
• Regularly drives agency vehicles to and from various sites throughout the region.  
• Adheres to all policies and procedures outlined in the agency Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Develops a workable relationship with peers, managers, supervisors, staff and individuals receiving services. 
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Facilities Management. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma 
• Minimum of one year of work experience in residential or commercial maintenance.
• Experience with drywall repair, carpentry, painting, electric, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
