N Line Electric is hiring a dependable and organized Fleet & Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our vehicles, equipment, tools, warehouse, shop, and yard operating efficiently.
This position is a good fit for someone who notices what needs to be done, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Fleet and Equipment Support
- Track vehicle, trailer, tool, and equipment maintenance
- Schedule preventive maintenance and outside repairs
- Review DVIRs and help address reported vehicle or equipment issues
- Help maintain accurate vehicle, trailer, and equipment files
Warehouse, Shop, and Inventory
- Keep the warehouse, shop, and yard clean, safe, and organized
- Receive deliveries and verify quantities and condition
- Help prepare tools, equipment, and materials for field crews
Operational Support
- Deliver parts, tools, and materials to local job sites when needed
- Complete basic hands-on shop and equipment tasks
- Help make sure crews have what they need to perform their work safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
Experience in fleet support, warehousing, inventory, construction, equipment, automotive service, or a related field is helpful, but we are willing to train the right dependable candidate.
Additional Skills That Are Helpful but Not Required
- Forklift experience or certification
- Trailer or equipment hauling experience
- CDL
- Basic welding or fabrication experience
This is an active, hands-on position rather than a desk-only fleet role. The successful candidate will take pride in keeping the company’s vehicles, equipment, tools, and work areas organized and ready for use.
