Job Title:  Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care
Location:  Cornwall (county-wide coverage may be required)
Pay Rate: £27.62 Per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to to join our client's Adult Social Care team in East Cornwall. This is a community-based role focused on delivering optimal care and reducing reliance on long-term care packages, directly supporting our client's savings target for 2025/26.

You will be expected to manage a caseload each week, conducting face-to-face visits and assessments across the county, ensuring individuals receive the right support to maintain independence and wellbeing.

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Provide community-based assessments and interventions to promote independence and reduce reliance on care packages
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across health and social care services
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
  • Deliver face-to-face visits each week as part of case management
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and statutory requirements

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Experienced community therapist, ideally with a background in Adult Social Care
  • HCPC Registration and relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
  • Ability to work flexibly across East Cornwall and county-wide if required
  • Strong communication, organisational, and assessment skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
