Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic clinical team at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach and Irvine, CA.

Hoag Memorial Hospital is a 411-bed hospital located on two campuses.

What You'll Do

Provide MNT for the Inpatient population with a variety of disease states
Collaboratively with a team of dietitians in this challenging acute care setting
Counsel patients and family members as needed
Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in the area, attend unit and clinical program meetings, committees, and relevant activities
Be involved as a clinical instructor and preceptor for dietetic interns, new hires, interns, and peers

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
