We’re looking for motivated Cashiers to join our restaurant and bar team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

The Role
- Greet guests warmly and inform them of specials or promotions
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol service
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accept cash and process credit card payments accurately
- Wrap and bag to-go orders efficiently and with care
- Assist other restaurant staff as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to ensure restaurant is fully prepared for service
- Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
Requirements and Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler CertificationÂ
- Competent in handling payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
