You’ll make sure the operation runs smoothly day‑to‑day, look for ways to elevate what we’re already doing, and support the team in a way that reflects our mission, values, and the Benchmark culture.

  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste. 
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties 
  • Assist the Department Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of service standards 
  • Ensure food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner 
  • Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete 
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience 
  • Run and monitor the floor during serving periods, ensuring staff have adequate support.
  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs 

    Physical Requirements:

    List any physical duties candidate must be able to perform (pushing/pulling/lifting prolonged periods of standing/walking etc)

    • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 
    • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
