Position Summary:
The Production Associate supports the laminating process by cleaning dividers and preparing sheet metal surfaces. This role involves manual labor, including scraping adhesive and sanding materials to ensure proper finishing and quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Clean dividers to support the laminating process
- Scrape adhesive from sheet metal surfaces
- Sand sheet metal using hand sanders
- Prepare materials for production and finishing processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to use hand tools such as sanders and scrapers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
