 A day in the life:Â
As the QC Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation received from assigned co-packers, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained as well as assist in other projects and tasks.
The impact you'll make:
- Review production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Evaluate physical and analytical lab data to determine whether product lots meet specifications for release.
- Â Communicate promptly with co-packers regarding any discrepancies in documentation, gaps in data, missing information, or quality concerns.
- Â Monitor and track all production that is on hold, including follow-up on developments that may impact product release decisions.
- Draft and send out professional emails related to production status, documentation requests, and follow-ups with both internal and external teams.
 Who you are:
- High School Diploma
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or similar role
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Smartsheet and SAP experience preferred
- This role will be required in office Monday - Friday.Â
