 A day in the life: 

As the QC Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation received from assigned co-packers, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained as well as assist in other projects and tasks.

The impact you'll make:

  • Review production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Evaluate physical and analytical lab data to determine whether product lots meet specifications for release.
  •  Communicate promptly with co-packers regarding any discrepancies in documentation, gaps in data, missing information, or quality concerns.
  •  Monitor and track all production that is on hold, including follow-up on developments that may impact product release decisions.
  • Draft and send out professional emails related to production status, documentation requests, and follow-ups with both internal and external teams.

 Who you are:

  • High School Diploma
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or similar role
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Smartsheet and SAP experience preferred
  • This role will be required in office Monday - Friday. 

 

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range
$16—$21 USD
