Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling small components with precision while working under a microscope in a clean manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous microscope assembly experience and be comfortable sitting for the entire shift performing detailed, repetitive work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small components according to work instructions and specifications
- Perform precision assembly using a microscope
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow detailed assembly procedures and manufacturing documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working under a microscope is required
- Previous small parts or medical device assembly experience is preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to sit for the entire 8-hour shift performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
