Machine Operator for production

Position Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience with production machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience with Pro Seal and Unifiller machines is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient operation and product quality
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor adjustments or maintenance as needed
• Fabricate and assemble parts using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, GMPs, and safety procedures
• Assist with other production duties as assigned
