Job DetailsJob Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78402Position Type: Temp-to-HireSalary Range: $17.00 HourlyThe Landscaper is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor grounds and landscapes to ensure properties remain attractive, clean, and well-maintained. This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks while following all safety guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation. Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other materials from grounds and walkways. Operate landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools. Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other landscaping materials as needed. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and basic repairs. Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional groundskeeping and landscaping duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions. Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
