As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and support—you bring the ambition.

What You'll Do
Client Service & Relationship Building
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Review existing policies and explain available solutions
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
Professional Growth
Participate in ongoing mentorship and virtual training
Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills
