First Home Healthcare currently has office locations in Alice, Corpus Christi and Edinburg. First Home Healthcare is looking for a PHC Field Supervisor/Marketer that would want to be part of a growing team. Ideal candidate is a hard worker, team player, reliable, great communicator, organized, people person, goal driven, ethical, and have great referrals contacts. Responsibilities: Assess client’s functional status and take necessary action to ensure client’s well-being Promote, review, and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of client care practices Ensure services are to be delivered in full compliance with the DADS/Contractor/HMO regulations, contract standards, and agency policy and procedure Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and terminate (if needed) attendants needed to provide services to clients Make initial visits to each client’s home with the attendant on or before initiation of service for the purpose of developing a plan of care, orientation, and hiring the attendant Complete paperwork belonging in client charts and copy to clients Assigning attendants to clients based on client needs Review and evaluate performance of attendants Responsible to assist with office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, and medical records Stay current with changes in provider services regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Graduate At least two years' experience as a PHC Supervisor/Marketer Vesta software knowledge Ability to share in on call rotation English and Spanish (Required)
