JOB DESCRIPTION
The Erling Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and completion of new construction and retrofit projects for our customers. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires proactive coordination with field teams, subcontractors, state entities, and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker who can anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities under pressure, all while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality results.Ā

A PREVIEW OF YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Define and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationĀ
- Review drawings and documentation for completeness and accuracyĀ
- Prepare and organize submittals, RFIs, specifications, and checklistsĀ
- Manage permitting with municipalities and regulatory entitiesĀ
- Lead internal and external communication through project kickoff and progress meetingsĀ
- Track task completion, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time deliveryĀ
- Direct multiple subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and vendors across tradesĀ
- Adapt to project changes, financial adjustments, and shifting prioritiesĀ
- Communicate scope revisions and project updates to customer representativesĀ
- Oversee punch lists, closeout documentation, and field coordinationĀ
- Evaluate project performance to identify process improvementsĀ

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering preferredĀ
- Minimum 3 years of project management experienceāÆĀ
- Experience in the Petroleum Equipment or EV Charging industries a plusĀ
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and project management softwareĀ
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employmentĀ
- Spanish fluency a plusĀ
