About the Role:
Join Corpus Booting, (a division of Houston Booting LLC) as a Vehicle Booter in Corpus Christi, TX! This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in parking enforcement, ensuring compliance and maintaining order in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor parking areas to identify vehicles in violation of regulations.
- Install and remove vehicle boots in accordance with company policies.
- Document and report all booting activities accurately.
- Communicate effectively with vehicle owners regarding booting procedures.
- Assist in resolving disputes and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while enforcing parking regulations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in parking enforcement or customer service preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have a dependable vehicle
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
