Food Truck Team Member

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food items from the food truck

Take customer orders and provide a positive and friendly customer experience

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen and serving areas

Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed

Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently

Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Assist in menu planning and development

Work collaboratively with the food truck team to meet customer demands

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable handling cash transactions

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to work in a confined space and stand for extended periods

Food handler's permit or certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a food truck or mobile kitchen setting

Culinary school or relevant training

Familiarity with diverse cuisines and food trends
