Compensation & Income Potential (High New-Grad Upside)

Collections-based compensation with a 99% RCM rate:

  • 32% of collections from $60K–$80K/month
  • 34% of collections above $80K/month
  • $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
  • No lab or supply deductions
  • Estimated earnings of $330,000+ based on average monthly collections of ~$90,000
