How We Invest in Your Impact:
Paid Professional Certification: No prior experience in behavioral health required. We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and testing costs within your first 8 weeks!
Consistent Daytime Schedule (No Overnights/Weekends): Say goodbye to unpredictable graveyard facility shifts or irregular retail hours. Work a stable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to wrap up your day early (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM).
Clinical Mentorship: Work in an energizing, center-based clinic environment backed closely by experienced BCBAs. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn.
Semi-Annual Raises: Competitive starting pay with clear, structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your income.

What to Expect:
As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will:
Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are:
The Mindset: You are driven to create positive change, passionate about helping children, and display a high level of dedication to patient success. Prior experience in a childcare facility, daycare, preschool, nannying, caregiving, or healthcare support role is great to have (but not required!).
Education: High school diploma, Associate degree, or higher (Perfect for local childcare professionals or recent grads looking for a clinical career jump).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
